Project Manager - Grants & Construction Projects
Samantha Correia currently operates as Project Manager for Grants and Construction Projects at Tribal Ready Inc., a Tribally owned and governed Public Benefit Corporation. Tribal Ready’s mission is advancing Tribal Sovereignty to unleash the full power and potential of Native communities.
Samantha acquired her skill as Chief Executive Officer of Raven Project Solutions, a multidisciplinary consulting firm dedicated to expanding the capabilities of its clients through specialized solutions, ranging from grant writing, seeking, and management, to research and analysis, and project management. Since 2022, Sam helped secure and manage over $50 million in grant funding for Tribes, with an additional $80 million pending award. She has applied for and worked on a variety of Tribal broadband projects—including infrastructure development, use and adoption, and technical support—from both the U.S. Department of Commerce and Agriculture.
Previously, Sam worked for a regional non-profit in Alaska as a Grant Specialist, obtaining and administering private, state, and federal dollars in service of the local indigenous population. Prior to that, she operated in the realms of homeland security, advocacy, and politics.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Government: National Security, with minors in Strategic Intelligence and Psychology; studied Arabic for a time; and serves on the board of the Alaska World Affairs Council.
Driven by a deep commitment to Tribal communities and a broader perspective, Samantha is passionate about creating meaningful, sustainable change for Native populations, in the pursuit of equity and ascendance, across digital landscapes and beyond.
